The Foundation supports projects each year which specifically focus on helping women and young girls reach their full potential.
Promoting Education
We help young women to build self-confidence and positive self-image through mentoring and training programs. More recently, our focus has been on multi-year scholarships for refugee girls going to college.
Helping Refugees
The Mandy Kao Foundation supports organizations and programs that provide hope for underserved populations.
Business Development
Working with several non-profit service organizations, the Foundation is proud to support ESL classes, job placement and training programs and business development programs including the creation of microenterprises for women and minority led business initiatives.

These partnerships allow The Mandy Kao Foundation to provide multi-year scholarships and mentorship to refugee girls, empower women through jobs training and enterprise support, and help underserved youth with after-school and extra-educational programs.
